5.12kWh 51.2V 100Ah Long Term Battery Storage

This battery system is designed for household energy storage and small to medium commercial storage applications. It utilizes 3.2V 100Ah lithium battery cells to form a 1P16S battery module, combined with an intelligent BMS, resulting in a 51.2V 100Ah lithium battery system. The system supports up to 16 batteries connected in parallel. Series connection is prohibited, as is mixing with other brands or models of batteries.

Function Description Battery

 

 

 

 Communication Interface: A PC or intelligent front-end can monitor battery pack data, control operation, and set parameters via commands such as telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, and remote control. T he communication protocol complies with YD/T 1363.3 and supports cascade communication.
 
 Historical Data Recording, Storage, and Retrieval: When a battery anomaly occurs, real-time battery status and alarm information are recorded and stored. Currently, up to 500 historical fault data records can be stored.
 
 Battery Management System Parameter Setting: BMS parameters, including cell overvoltage/undervoltage, tota l battery overvoltage/undervoltage, charge/discharge overcurrent, battery high/low temperature, battery capaci ty, operating mode, charge/discharge current limit, etc., can be set in the battery monitoring system.
 
 Operating Modes: Operating modes such as charge/discharge current limiting, constant voltage output,and dir ect output can be set in the monitoring system.
 
 Multiple Protection Functions: Hardware protection, battery protection, high/low temperature protection, outp ut short circuit protection, etc.

Charging Mode

 

When the BMS detects that a charger is connected and the external charging voltage is more than 0.5V higher than the internal battery voltage, it turns on the charging MOSFET to start charging.
When the charging c urrent reaches an effective charging current level, the BMS enters Charging Mode. In Charging Mode,both the ch arging MOSFET and the discharging MOSFET are closed (turned on)

Discharging Mode

 

When the BMS detects a load connection and the discharge current reaches an effective diacharge current level,it enters discharge mode.
