- Battery Voltage Calculation: Sampling test of 16 battery cells, with a deviation of ±20 mV.
- Battery and Ambient Temperature Detection: 4 battery temperature sensors, 1 ambient temperature sensor, 1 MOSFET temperature sensor, with a deviation of ±2°C.
- Battery Capacity and Cycle Count: A complete charge/discharge cycle is performed to set the actual capacity. The remaining battery capacity is monitored with a capacity estimation accuracy within a 5%
deviation. In add ition, charge and discharge cycle times, as well as the time for a complete charge/discharge cycle, can be con figured.Intelligent Cell Balancing: Charge and static balancing
strategies can be flexibly configured to effectively extend service life.

○ CAN communication
The BMS communication interface is defined according to each inverter communication interface .
The definition of the special inverter communication port is inconsistent with the BMS communication port
definition, so you need to make your own network cable. If you use a regular network cable, the BMS may
automatically start or fail to shut down. Generally, you can use a regular network cable for communication.

○ Internal Communications
Select the corresponding port for BMS internal communication and 19200 baud rate

○ Parallel communication
The BMS has an automatic address assignment function and does not require DIP switch setting (the DIP switch reserved on the BMS is only for compatibility with the original battery chassis port design; the address set by the DIP switch is optional and does not affect the BMS's automatic address assignment). When parallel co nnecting, a standard network cable can be used. Connect the RS485B port of the first unit (which acts as the mast er, with its CAN/485 connected to the inverter for communication) to the RS485A port of the second unit. Then c onnect the RS485B port of the second unit to the RS485A port of the third unit, and so on in sequence, with all su bsequent units functioning as slaves. See the example diagram below
