Equipped with TENZ ENERGY self-developed smart BMS, dual cell balancing and full safety protection for overvoltage,
undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit & extreme temperature to safeguard residential and commercial storage
Short Circuit Protection
Instant high-current short-circuit cutoff will be triggered. It auto-resets after 60 seconds when charging current is detected. If short-circuit faults occur 5 times consecutively, the system will lock and can only be unlocked by connecting a charger.
Temperature Protection
Cell discharge overheat protection activates at 55℃, and resumes operation when cooled to 50℃; MOS high-temperature protection cuts off output at 100℃ and recovers at 85℃; Ambient over-temperature protection shuts down the unit at 60℃ and restarts when temperature drops to 55℃; A built-in low-temperature heating module turns on below 0℃ during charging to prevent battery cell damage.
