60V 27Ah NMC Battery Pack for Electric Motorbikes and Two-Wheelers

This 60V 27Ah NMC lithium battery pack is built for electric motorcycles, electric scooters and other two-wheeler vehicles that need strong, steady power. Its 16S6P configuration delivers a standard discharge current of 27A and a maximum of 70A, so it can handle acceleration and hill climbing while storing about 1.6 kWh of energy.

The rechargeable lithium-ion pack includes a protective BMS and weighs 9.3 kg. Voltage, capacity, BMS, housing and connectors can all be customized to fit your vehicle.

Q1: Can the battery be customized for our vehicle?

Yes. We can adjust voltage, capacity, BMS, housing, connectors and wiring. Please share your vehicle model, battery compartment size, controller specifications and connector type so we can propose a matching configuration.

Q2: Can this battery be used in electric scooters as well as motorcycles?

Yes, if your scooter uses a 60V platform and the controller and motor stay within the battery's current ratings. Send us your vehicle details and we will check compatibility.

Q3: What does the BMS protect against?

The BMS provides overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short-circuit and temperature protection. CAN bus communication is available on request.

Q4: What are the dimensions of the 60V 27Ah battery?

Dimensions depend on the housing design. Contact us for the dimensional drawing of this model. For OEM projects, the housing can be built to fit your battery compartment.

Q5: Which charger should I use, and how long does charging take?

Use a charger with a 67.2V output. The standard charge current is 2A and the maximum is 5A. As a rough estimate, a full charge from empty takes around 13 hours at 2A and around 5 to 6 hours at 5A. Actual time varies with charger type and battery condition.

Q6: Which controller works with this 60V battery?

Choose a controller designed for a 60V (16S) lithium system. Its working voltage range should cover the 67.2V full-charge voltage. Its continuous and peak current settings should stay within the battery's 27A standard and 70A maximum discharge ratings, and its low-voltage cut-off should not be set below the pack's 43.2V limit.
