72V 35Ah Li-ion Battery Pack for Electric Motorbikes
Built around a 20S7P NMC cell arrangement, this 72V 35Ah rechargeable battery pack delivers a continuous discharge rating of up to 150A. The NMC chemistry keeps the pack compact relative to its output, making it a practical power source for e-motos, e-scooters and other two-wheeler electric vehicles that draw heavy current under load.

BMS & Safety
A smart BMS watches over every cell group, stepping in when it detects overvoltage, undervoltage, excess current, short circuits or out-of-range temperatures. A CAN communication port can be added so the pack can share its status with the vehicle controller.
Housing & Mechanical Design
An aluminum alloy case protects the cells against impact and carries heat away from the pack. Case size, mounting points and connector position can be reworked to suit your chassis, and multi-angle drawings (front, side, 45°, top) are available for review.
Production process
01 Cell Screening
Every cell is tested and sorted so that only closely matched units go into the same pack.
02 Series-Parallel Assembly
Screened cells are arranged into the 20S7P structure.
03 Automated Welding
Machine welding joins the cells with uniform, dependable connections.
04 Protection Board Setup
The BMS board is mounted and its protection parameters are set.
05 Cable & Plug Installation
Output leads, signal wires and connectors are installed and tidied.
06 Insulation Wrapping
Insulating layers separate cells, busbars and wiring.
07 Case Closing
The finished module is placed into the aluminum case and closed up.
08 Burn-in Cycling
Packs run through repeated charge and discharge cycles to check stability.
09 Pre-Shipment Inspection
Voltage, capacity, BMS function, communication and appearance are verified before the pack is boxed.
