Yes. Every cell and pack passes UN38.3 testing, with test reports and MSDS provided on request. We can also support CE, UKCA, and UL certification, as well as country-specific requirements such as KC (Korea), PSE (Japan), and SAA (Australia).

Q2: Can you customize voltage, capacity, and appearance?

Yes. We build to custom voltage platforms (36V/48V/52V/60V and others), custom capacity, and custom pack shapes, with support for your logo and packaging (OEM/ODM).

Q3: What safety protections does the battery pack include?

Every pack ships with a BMS providing overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, over-temperature, and overcurrent protection, and is tested for drop and vibration resistance before release.

Q4: What's your MOQ, and can we get samples first?
