○ Working mode

Charging mode

When a charger was detected, and the charger voltage is 0.5V+ more than the

battery voltage,BMS will turn on the charging MOSFET.And when the

charging current reaches the effective charging current value,enters

charging mode.

Discharging mode

When a loads was detected, and the discharging current reaches the effective

discharging current value, BMS enters discharging mode.

Standby mode

When the BMS not in charging mode, nor discharging mode, it enters standby

mode.

Power off mode

The BMS enters the shutdown mode after 48 hours of normal standby,

battery triggering under voltage protection, key shutdown or external switch

shutdown.

Wake-up conditions of shutdown mode:

1) Charge activation.

2) 48V voltage active.

3) Press key to start.

It adopts 2P16S grade-A lithium iron phosphate cells, rated at 51.2V 280Ah with 28.67kWh capacity, supporting 8000 charge-discharge cycles under 80% DOD. Dual CAN/RS485 communication ports enable up to 16 units parallel connection, freely expanding total energy storage capacity to match variable power demand.

3. High-Efficiency Active Balancing BMS & Full-Range Multi-Layer Safety

Built-in intelligent BMS with 2.5A high-current active balancing module, realizing dynamic cell voltage equalization during charging, discharging and standby states. Comprehensive multi-dimensional protection covers cell/pack overvoltage/undervoltage, overcurrent, transient surge, short circuit, multi-point high/low temperature and MOS overheat. Short-circuit protection locks the system after 5 consecutive faults, which can only be reset via charger connection. A low-temperature heating module activates automatically below 0℃ to avoid cell damage during charging.

Wide Temperature Adaptability & Complete Data Recording Function

Stable operation is supported within 0~40℃ charging range and -20~40℃ discharging range, adapting to cold northern areas and high-temperature tropical regions. The system can store up to 500 historical fault records for quick troubleshooting, with configurable working modes including charging, discharging, standby and power-off to fit residential off-grid, grid-tied and small commercial energy storage scenarios.
