Delivery Scooter Lithium Battery Built on a 60V NMC Platform

Delivery riders need a battery that keeps working shift after shift, and manufacturers need one they can adapt to their own models. This 60V e-motorcycle lithium battery pack uses 16S6P NMC cells to reach 27Ah, with a suggested discharge current of 27A and a ceiling of 70A for strong acceleration between stops.

The pack weighs 9.3 kg and includes a BMS that guards every cycle. As an OEM lithium cell pack, its voltage, capacity, case and connectors can be revised to fit your vehicle line.

Built-in Protection with BMS

A battery management system (BMS) tracks the pack throughout charging and discharging, and takes action when readings leave the safe zone. It responds to:

Charging beyond the upper limit or draining below the lower limit
Current spikes and short circuits
Abnormal heat or cold

If your vehicle needs to read battery information, a CAN bus output can be included.

Product Testing and Compliance Support

Each pack is verified for voltage, capacity, resistance, BMS operation, communication and appearance before it is released for shipment.

A UN38.3 test report and MSDS are available on request. We can also support CE, UKCA and UL requirements and regional rules such as KC, PSE and SAA. Which ones apply depends on the final pack design and your destination market, so please mention them at the start of the project.

Q1: What makes this a good delivery scooter lithium battery?

It pairs a 70A discharge ceiling with about 1.6 kWh of stored energy and a compact 9.3 kg weight. That combination suits stop-and-go delivery riding, as long as your scooter and controller are built for a 60V system.

Q2: What does the OEM lithium cell pack service cover?

We can adjust voltage, capacity, cell structure, BMS, case, terminals and cables to your requirements. If you have needs beyond that list, describe them and our engineers will advise on what is possible.

Q3: How much energy is stored in the 60V 27Ah pack?

Multiplying 60V by 27Ah gives 1,620 Wh, or about 1.6 kWh. The distance this delivers varies with rider weight, cargo, speed, road slope and weather.

Q4: Will my motor and controller work with this pack?

Check that the controller supports a 16S lithium battery up to 67.2V, keeps current within the 27A suggested and 70A ceiling values, and cuts off above the 43.2V discharge floor. Send us the model numbers if you want us to review them.

Q5: How should I charge the battery?

Use a charger with a 67.2V ceiling. A 2A charger needs around 13 hours to refill an empty pack, and a 5A charger around 5 to 6 hours, as approximate figures. The exact time depends on the equipment and battery state.

Q6: Does temperature affect how I can use the pack?

Yes. The battery discharges between −20°C and 45°C but should only be charged between 0°C and 45°C. Long exposure to heat should be avoided during riding, charging and storage.
