○ BMS - Battery Management System
The BMS system of this product adopts a dual-level architecture, primarily designed for real-time monitoring of the battery pack.
It can detect individual cell voltage, total voltage, current,temperature, etc.,
making real-time judgments about the battery's operational status. It uploads battery pack status information
and alarm messages, and when necessary, cuts off the battery pack circuit output for protection

○ EMS - Energy Management System
The Energy Management System (EMS) is the energy dispatching and management center of the PV storage system.
Through real-time communication with the BMS (Battery Management System),PV storage inverter,circuit energy meter,manageable load devices,and peripheral devices (air conditioning,fire protection)it collects critical data from all communication substations.
Through data collection,processing,analysis,internal program logic operation,it controls the orderly and robust operation of the ESS.
The EMS used in this product possesses powerful data processing capabilities, is compatible with multiple communication protocols,
can quickly interface with BMS and PCS available on the market,and supports remote servicing.The specific parameters are shown in the table below.

- Compact Integrated Layout
All battery modules, 50kW hybrid inverter, BMS, EMS, fire suppression and intelligent cooling are integrated into one vertical cabinet. It only occupies 1.42㎡ floor space with IP54 enclosure. Factory pre-assembly cuts transportation, installation and commissioning costs by 15%, and up to 3 units can be paralleled to expand power from 50kW to 300kW.
- Multi-layer Comprehensive Safety Protection
It adopts early thermal runaway warning, cabin-level perfluorohexanone fire suppression, gas & smoke detection and multi-stage circuit breakers. Intelligent constant temperature control keeps internal temperature difference ≤5℃ to extend battery cycle life by 12℃. The cabinet supports -20℃~50℃ operation and 3000m altitude with IP54 dust & water resistance.
- Full-scene Multi-mode Operation
Compatible with PV, mains and diesel generators, supporting grid-tied, off-grid and VPP modes. Off-grid switching time is less than 20ms for uninterrupted power. Equipped with four independent MPPT channels up to 1000V PV input, matching industrial rooftop PV and backup power demands.
- Intelligent Remote O&M & Modular Design
Equipped with 4G, Ethernet and RS485 communication for cloud remote monitoring. Built-in intelligent cell balancing and automatic fault alarms. Standardized battery packs support independent replacement without full system shutdown, lowering maintenance difficulty.
