Cell Matching and Pack AssemblyAfter inspection, cells are matched according to the battery pack design and configuration. The cells are then assembled according to the required voltage and capacity, with careful attention to connection quality and pack structure. |

BMS Integration
The Battery Management System (BMS) is integrated into the battery pack to monitor voltage, current, temperature, and cell status. It provides essential protection functions and helps maintain safe and stable battery operation.
Testing and Quality Control
After assembly, the battery pack undergoes electrical and functional testing. We check important aspects such as charging and discharging performance, BMS protection functions, and overall battery operation before delivery.
